SUMMER OFFICE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST

Salary Info:

• $25.00 per hour to start

• 4-5 days/week (in season position only)

• Bonuses

A multifaceted, state-of-the-art, equine facility, operating for 60+ years on Long Island, NY seeks an office to join our team and help oversee our program and continue its growth. This position encompasses the office, the school horse and camp programs. As such, this candidate will be a catalyst for creating meaningful client relationships and will exhibit customer service skills in keeping with the high-performance standards of Stony Hill Stables.

Specific Duties include but are not limited to the following. 

• Using Equine Office to schedule and track lessons

• Making sure that the lesson starts and ends on time.  

• Maintaining communication between instructors, clients, and manager making sure that each is informed of any schedule additions or changes.  

• Completing end-of-day lesson updating, camp attendance charging 

• Bank/Post office 

• Emails 

• Phone 

• Checking for office supplies and other items  

• Errands- CVS, Grocery, Hardware, etc. for supplies

• Credit Card receipt 

• Special Event coordination
